Cornerstone of Atlanta's "Midtown Mile"
12th & Midtown is the most highly anticipated Mixed-use project in MIDTOWN, ATLANTA. The $2 billion mixed-use development built by Selig Enterprises and Daniel Corporation defines itself with high-end retailers as the cornerstone of Atlanta's 14-block, one-million-square-foot "Midtown Mile."
12th & Midtown comprises more than 1.2 million square feet of office space, more than 600 luxury hotel rooms, more than 1,000 residences and up to 500,000 square feet of retail. The project has been selected as 2009 Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards winner in the Best Overall Category and is notably being planned as Atlanta's first flagship shopping destination.
The project's long term plan involves more than 7+ phases, however, the first Four Phases are currently being touted.
Phase One Residences, 1010 Midtown, are completed and currently being sold.
