Christa Huffstickler has been in the real estate field for 10 years, and became Associate Broker of Morris & Raper Realtors in 2009.
Initially specializing in developer representation, Christa acquired valuable knowledge pertaining to every aspect of the sales, marketing, and home building process, now implementing these skills into Buyer and Seller representation.
Winner of Atlanta Homebuilders Association’s coveted Obie Award in 2005, and continuously excelling in average sales exceeding $15 Million per year, Christa continuously expands her skills gaining certifications from the National Association of Realtors. Christa is E-Pro certified and specifically trained in mastering the ever changing world of online real estate.
Christa is also an Accredited Buyer Representative, and has an in depth understanding of her buyer’s needs…a skill that also enables her to competitively list homes and market properties for her Seller clients.
